Enrolment day..

finally i get to enrol..finished enrolling, now there's another long long wait till they confirm that i've enrolled in the courses...total crap..inefficient and redundant...have to wait for them to send me this send me that...that stupid fat lady explain until i blur liao...can't really remember what she told me..oh well..all's well that comes well...i'll figure it out eventually...the most just go down and ask again...

my parents are going back to singapore tml, eh, today..going to have breakfast with them tml again, our "last" breakfast...have a feeling going to see my mum cry alot...oh well...OH..just remembered something...in the plane on the way here, i realised why my dad wanted my mum to come along...he said he did it as he can't bear to see my mum cry at the airport..so asked her along to show her that everything'll be fine..when i heard that...all i could think of is this is the prime example of true love and understanding of one's other half...when my mum heard it she immediately started crying, but out of happiness....really a touching scene...

that aside, my short stay here so far has brought abt a few setbacks..all the parking fines, 2 in total = A$100 gone...my laptop's harddisk crashed...and i had to buy a new harddisk = A$165 gone...sighz...that and the unreasonable parking fees here in the city means that we have spent a fortune in the short 3 days we've spent...

uncle thiam yew and auntie chor hoon are a very nice couple indeed, there doesn't seem to be a topic they can't chat abt..esp uncle thiam yew...also they are a God-fearing couple and is as staunge as anyone i've known..they are also rather helpful and hospitable..think that'll allow my mum to feel more at ease, at least they are there to "look over" me...though i'll be staying so far away...hehz..they keep advising me to look for cheaper accoms..not sure if i'll do it..but i think i'll stay here with dillon and shanna for at least a month...eventually as i get to know the city better, at least i'll know where are the cheaper and more cost-efficient places to stay...Arrow Heights looks good, but i'll probably need a roommate to lower the cost...ah des can't be my roommate anymore..as he'll be at the Bundoora campus which is like 20km away from the city...the train ride there will be abt 45mins-1hr it'll be better for him to find accoms nearer to Bundoora...see how bz i'll be, i'll most likely help him keep a lookout as well...accoms for him will be cheaper as Bundoora is out of the city and in the suburbs...

woah..it's 1.18am liaoz..think i slept too much in the car just now...not really feeling sleepy...or was it the latte i had just now...hehz..i think the latter...aniwaez shall sign off here for now....niteyz
