Boredom

I can't believe how bored I'm feeling right now. The whole week I'd been stuck at home.

Monday.
Feeling terribly under the weather, might be due to being in the rain for 2 consecutive days. Saturday was New Year's Day, family went for kway chup then MacRitchie Reservoir for a walk. Halfway through it rained and we rushed back to shelter. Sunday went to the National Stadium to watch Singapore against Myanmar with Des. Caught in the rain again but at least it was an interesting match. Alot of fighting, not much football. As a result of these two days, had a sore throat(mainly due to the shouting on Sunday) as well as feeling feverish and body ache the whole day.

Tuesday and Wednesday.
Oh well, my toe started giving me problems. Basically the nail decided to come off. It wasn't too painful but it was enough to disable me from wearing any footwear. Tried to cut it out but only managed to cut out half of it. Even had trouble sleeping because it was bleeding as well. I had to sleep with my foot hanging from the edge of the mattress to prevent getting any bloodstains on it. Needless to say, mood wasn't exactly peachy this couple of days.

Thursday.
Think my dad got pissed at seeing me "suffer". So he dragged me to see Dr. Koh and the doctor simply pulled out the remaining nail. It wasn't exactly painful, but that feeling when he was doing it was a feeling that I didn't really like. Kind of disgusting actually. Now I have half a toenail in my right mother toe. Amazingly though, my appetite came immediately after the "surgery". Went to eat chicken rice, but it wasn't too nice. Oh well, can't really remember how I spent the rest of the day.

Friday = Today.
Was supposed to meet Terrence but he overslept and was not feeling too well. Met up with NF instead for duck rice. Excluding the trip to the doctor's and my grandma's place for dinner on Thursday, it was the first outing I had all week. The duck rice, well, standard has dropped. It seemed like they've changed management. Oh well, food is a dying trade. Talked a bit on Uberture and its problems. Let's just say, I'm glad I didn't put in much time on it. Borrowed Top Gun from him and watched it in the afternoon. Oh, the memories. Before today, I haven't really met anyone who didn't like Top Gun. Today, I met 4, 3 of whom haven't even watched it. Baffled, oh well I guess to each their own.

Oh well, I don't really know what I want to do tomorrow. I guess it'll be more staying at home, slacking. Maybe I'll watch I, Robot tomorrow. Then again, if anyone want to go play snooker, please let me know. I'll accept almost any challenge. Haha

Darn, I'm bored.
